Buffalo Chicken Dip

Photo from Taste of Home

My sister, Kylie, is the one who got me to first try Buffalo Chicken Dip. I must admit, I didn't like it at first...I think it was actually the canned chicken she used. Now I ONLY use chicken that I have cooked myself...maybe it's just me, but it tastes soooo much better. But it's up to you really...

The recipe I am posting is from a friend of mine at church, Kelly and she got it from a friend of hers at church. This is my favorite recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip that I have found so far. Maybe it's because you keep it in the crock pot and it stays nice and warm that way....cold buffalo chicken dip....not so good! Enjoy!

Beer Cheese Dip

This dip is soooo good! Totally addicting too! You CANNOT have just one cracker with dip on it, you will have to have maybe 10 or 20... Seriously, so yummy! Right up there on my list with my grandma's Cheese Ball! I love them both! I found this recipe on the Kraft Foods website and that is where the beautiful picture is from!! :)

Refrigerator Donuts

These are quick and easy and my kids love them! I usually make the sugar/cinnamon ones because we all like those the best! To punch the hole in mine, I use the lid from our vinegar bottle - it makes the perfect size hole! You can also save the cinnamon sugar to be used again! Enjoy!

This is sooo good and moist and gooey!

Company Coming Chicken

This is super delicious and is actually great for company!! The best part of this recipe is that the sour cream/cream of chicken mixture that you put over the chicken makes an awesome gravy, so be sure to make mashed potatoes to go along with this meal!!

Cake Mix Cobbler

This is a super easy dessert! It tastes great too! We usually make it with apple pie filling, but you can use whatever your favorite is! You can also easily half this!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This is so yummy and cool! Great for summertime!

White Gravy

This goes with the Chicken-Fried Steak Recipe found here!

White Gravy

2-4 Tbsp. drippings from chicken fried steak
4 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper (to taste)

After frying the chicken-fried steak, leave 2-4 Tbsp. of drippings and crumbs in the pan. Add the flour quickly, stirring constantly until all the crumbs are loosened and mixture is thick. Then add milk and boil until thickened. Add more or less milk depending on the consistency you like. Salt and pepper to taste and pour over chicken-fried steak.

Chicken-Fried Steak

This is an inexpensive meal that is so good! I actually make it without the garlic, so I don't know how it tastes with that. Without it, it is delicious!

Recipe for White Gravy is here.

Funnel Cakes

I love funnel cakes, and this recipe is really good, just like the fair....ahhhhhh!!!

Funnel Cakes

1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup milk
vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg and milk. Stir until smooth. Pour oil into a skillet and heat to 375 degrees. Holding finger over the end of a funnel, pour in 1/4 cup batter. Holding over the hot oil, remove finger and let drizzle over the hot oil. As batter flows, move funnel in a circle to form a spiral cake. Fry about 2 minutes on each side, turning once, until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, glaze, or nuts. Makes 6 cakes.
